Have to send a shoutout to my Sachse Coaches. The changes I have made physically and mentally are amazing. Its even better to see other members doing what they never thought they could do. My example... Yes I struggle with squatting past 90 on snatches for sure but with the coaching they gave, working on my technique, I can now power snatch 135lbs and squat snatch 140lbs. Left video struggling with 110lbs squat snatch(Aug2015)||Right video power snatching 132 with ease(Feb2016)...Goal by April 24th is to snatch 150lbs...LETS GO!!
